We don’t get out of flow because life changes. We get out of flow when we stop trusting life.

What if the feeling that you’re running out of time isn’t reality—but a story your mind has learned to believe?

During a recent holiday, I noticed something surprising. Although I had longed for rest, I couldn’t fully arrive. My body was present, but my attention kept drifting back to work, ideas, and the feeling that I should be doing something else.

At first, I believed the holiday had taken me out of flow.

But looking more closely, I saw something different.

It wasn’t the change of circumstances that created resistance. It was my own resistance to what was already here. Beneath it was a subtle belief that I could somehow loose my creative flow if I stopped producing.

In this HEARTIST transmission, I explore how urgency often arises not because life is demanding something from us, but because we’ve temporarily lost trust in the deeper intelligence that’s already carrying life forward.

Perhaps flow isn’t something we create.

Perhaps it’s what remains when we stop arguing with the moment we’re in.

I hope this conversation invites a little more ease, trust, and space to simply be where you are.

~Reflection

❍ In what situations do you tend to feel a sense of urgency?

❍ What if the pressure you’re feeling, isn’t coming from your circumstances, but from the story that this moment shouldn’t be this way?

~Put into practise

Notice the next time you feel like rushing and pause.
Instead of acting, ask yourself “What am I afraid will happen if I fully let myself be here”?

Let yourself explore the question rather than trying to find a correct answer.

With Love,
Kat
