The missing piece is nowhere ‘out there’. Instead it’s your truth calling you back home.

For much of my life, I carried a feeling that something was missing — a piece of me, a person, an experience, something outside of myself that would finally make me feel whole.

I looked for it in many places. In achievement, relationships, self-improvement, pleasure, distraction — always sensing that the answer was somewhere out there.

In this transmission, I share how my experiences with romantic relationships in my 30s became a turning point. I began to notice a pattern in the people I was drawn to: they were creative, independent, deeply absorbed in their own lives and courageous enough to live differently.

And I started to wonder: what if I wasn’t actually looking for them?
What if I was recognizing something in myself that I had left behind?

This became part of my journey home — away from searching for wholeness outside myself and towards listening to what wanted to be expressed through me.

~ Reflection

Where in my life am I currently looking outside myself for something I could begin cultivating within?

You might begin to sense a story about happiness or contentment as element living outside of yourself. In that house. In that perfect partner. In that perfect job.
Instead of judging what you see try to stay curious and loving…

~ Put into practice

I want to invite you to grab a pen and paper and journal on the following questions…

What qualities do I repeatedly admire, desire or become fascinated by in other people?Creativity? Freedom? Courage? Sensuality? Independence? Playfulness? Intellectual depth? Devotion?

Where are those qualities already alive in me?

In which ways are these qualities longing to be expressed (try too feel your way instead of intellectualising the question)

Love you,
Kat <3

We don’t get out of flow because life changes. We get out of flow when we stop trusting life.
